Sports Centre Management System - kept "falling over"
Despite working really well in other places this Sports Centre system would not run error-free for this particular multi-site Leisure Group. In an effort to avoid expensive and protracted litigation the Software House appointed me to conduct a Neutral Assessment. At the first meeting with both parties the Leisure Group's Management Team quickly realised that I was genuinely neutral and that the Managing Director of the Software House was seeking a solution rather than trying to point blame.
During the course of the one-day assessment I identified a number of possible causes, spread evenly between the two organisations and the day ended with an agreement to address those matters and meet again if the situation was not fully resolved.
There was no need for a further meeting.
