In today's fast changing world what is it that makes a real difference?

Why do some people seem to be more fulfilled, happy and satisfied with life than others? Is it to do with their health, or their wealth, or their family and friends, or is it to do with the something else? What part might the "4Keys" play?

Some companies or organisations are here today and gone tomorrow, whilst others go on from year to year. Some engender a sense of commitment and belonging in their employees or staff whilst others are just places where people go to work. Is it about pay and conditions, or annual bonuses, or share schemes, or a great canteen, or is it to do with the something else? What part might the "4Keys" play?

It is a sad reflection on today's world that an increasing proportion of our population struggle to engage with our government and its various agencies such as the police and security services. Is this anything to do with the "4Keys"?

During a visit to Romania for Bridgebuilders International in 1992 I came across the corporate brochure for a well-established and commercially successful company who were sponsoring the organisation that I was visiting. On the opening page they set out their company's core values and it is these values that I have come to see as the "4Keys" that make a real difference.

The 4Keys can and should be applied to each of our 5 life-spheres. They are equally applicable in our own private lives, in our family lives, in our community and social lives, in business and in government.
